The session is recorded and then uploaded to our server. You will recieve an e-mail with the location of recording. The recording is kept on the server for one week.

If you are unable to retrieve the recording, let us know so we can send it on a CD.

Because I set at least one hour aside for your appointment, a "no show" may incur a $85 charge.
