This is a subscription service.The $45 is for three months -- that's six conference calls. You will be rebilled at every three months, unless you notify Council of Love. Terms of Service/Payments

I hereby authorize Council of Love. to initiate charges to the credit card listed with this purchase, and authorize the credit card institution to accept the amount of such charges to the credit card listed. I understand that the credit card listed will be automatically charged by Council of Love, on a regular basis as a pre-payment for services to be provided. I understand that my account will automatically renew automatically unless I inform Council of Love otherwise. I understand that if a charge is declined by the credit card institution, this is treated the same as a check returned for insufficient funds, and may result in a $20 processing fee being added to my account. I understand that I must provide Council of Love with notice of my request to discontinue this Credit Card Authorization.
